Description:  ABC Consultants provided conceptual design and peer review services for this 18 storey, $90 million development.

Consisting of a mixture of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, including ground floor retail and commercial space, management office and a community hub. The tower provides a total of 160 social and affordable housing units in a high demand location with excellent access to public transport and major employment centres.
