Description: Mixed use development comprising 9 storeys of above ground residential units, a rooftop gar-den, approximately 700m2 of commercial space occupying the ground level and 3 levels of basement car parking.
Special care had to be taken with shoring the basement as the development is located adjacent to road structures and nearby buildings.
