Description: Spread across 3 towers, the Petersham RSL club re-development includes 375 apartments, restaurants, cafes and parks.

The existing RSL venue will be demolished and replaced with an 11-storey apartment building. The developer says that the new two-storey 3,500sq m RSL will create a centre for the precinct. As one big development, the Petersham site will feature the new RSL Club with a day spa and at least two food eateries, as well as street scaping, landscaping, communal parks and six affordable housing units.
