Description:This high quality mixed use development comprises over 400 residential apartments located within two high rise buildings above a 3 storey retail space that includes a large leisure centre containing twin basketball courts, gymnasiums, cafes, childcare centres and other community facilities. The very deep basement excavation will commence works in early 2020 and has been designed in close cooperation with not only the project geotechnical engineer given its extreme depths but also in regards to the future proposed adjoining development that will integrate with this site.
